The breakfast was great, the staffs were very very friendly. My baby girl enjoyed very much, she played around at the garden every morning.

Special mention to the staff (particularly Ngan) who was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. Always attentive and advised me on good places to visit and to eat.A credit to the hotel.

Great location in a quiet area within a small valley. Peaceful and calm. Lovely design on the main building and cafe - feels welcoming, warm and friendly.

Check-in and service was a little frantic and spotty, but when we chatted with the staff, they were all very nice. They even gave us avocados on the way out.They only give two pillows and one small blanket. That said we asked for another blanket and two more pillows and they gave them to us, but really they should be included.I wish they would pay more attention to the cleanliness of the shower. Quite dirty. But there was very little hot water for the shower so you aren’t in there long. Bath towels are super tiny. There is no stated no durian policy and this was a problem at breakfast with one of the guests. Second day of breakfast, the guest walked in with the durian and so we had to intervene to try and save our noses.The walls are very thin and so it is not a quiet environment and you can hear other guests and their showers.overall, an OK day, but definitely things to improve .

It’s a must stay in Da lat! Owner is very helpful and staff is amazing! We loved it here and it was as staying at home! Center is really close (u can rent a motorbike with them). 100% recommend it!

The interior is fabulous, I really liked cozy hall and rooms, views from the hotel are unbelievable, one of the best hotel experiences. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff.Funny local cat who 100% behaved is if he was the owner of Hè Maison.

In January it was pretty cold to stay in the room, there was no heating or air conditioner, we were offered extra blankets but it still was cold to walk in the room.

Nice and cozy, filled with nature. Staffs were friendly, and it made us comfortable. Highly recommend!

There is no paper tissues in my room. And I couldnt find shaving tool.

Such a cute hotel, they’ve really made an effort to create a comfortable space for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is large and well equipped. The garden and cafe are very pretty. Great value for money

There is no covering for the glass ceiling in the bathroom which floods the bedroom with light in the morning. The food was expensive and just okay - better to eat elsewhere

It was a beautiful hidden gem! Interior is spot on - very peaceful and relaxing place to be. Not too far from the centre and very easy to get a grab around. We had an evening of music in the house which was amazing.

Would like some more breakfast options, but other than that it was perfect!

This is a magical place in a stunning location. The room was amazing and the garden is absolutely beautiful. We were stunned the second we walked in. But what makes it really special are the people running the place. We first wanted to only stay 3 nights, but we ended up staying here more than a week. Everybody in the team, especially Tin and Jane, were absolutely fantastic. They treated us like old friends and made our time there really special. We'll come back for sure!
